PIMOne is one of the neatest reminders and personal info managers that I’ve tested lately. You can use it to remind you of your important tasks, to manage your contacts, to schedule your activity or to save important information. It has a lot of features, like backup and restore, calendar planner, task editor, contacts address book, password manager, and memo utility. The program’s user interface looks and feels very friendly and intuitive. Every function of the program is easy to access.
This program also gives you the opportunity to schedule actions at a specified time and date. These actions are available if you click the “Agent” tab on the right. Possible actions are: shut down, restart or lock the computer, log off current user, turn off the display, open a website, run any program, and even send an e-mail. A countdown timer is displayed before performing the action.
Because you might want to protect your personal information, PIMOne allows you to set a password, which you must enter in order to gain access to the program and the data saved by it. An automatic login feature (remember password) is also provided.
