ABC Amber HLP Converter is a very useful utility which converts Help (*.hlp) files into a wide range of documents, starting with PDF and ending with Pocket Word Document. 
From the very beginning I must mention that the program itself doesn’t contain all the converters needed to perform conversions of files. For example if you want to convert to DOC, you will need to install Microsoft Office converters, or, in case you want to convert to want to convert to pocket Word Document, you need to install Microsoft ActiveSync.
